📢 SPECIAL EVENT: BIPOC Fall Equinox Nature Immersion 🍂

Join and community partners and the morning of Saturday, Sept. 20th for a special BIPOC session aligned with the , which occurs a few days later on Monday, Sept. 22nd.

The day starts with an ancestral grounding circle, moving into a gentle 1.5-mile hike through Steigerwald Wildlife Refuge, and will close out with a guided meditation to prepare for the season ahead.

We are so excited and honored to welcome of to help guide us along our journey. As a certified forest therapy guide, Miranda brings wisdom and tools to help us slow down, listen, and engage more deeply with the natural world.

📢 ART FUNDRAISER TO SUPPORT IMMIGRANT FAMILIES!

has teamed up with local artist .paints for an to fundraise for local immigrant families whose lives have been disrupted by current policies and 🧊.

On Sunday 9/14 - Come immerse yourself in the vibrant world of Mary Anne Harmer's art - a reflection of her unique perspective and talent. We will have artwork of all sizes and price ranges (paintings starting out at $20) - so everyone will be able to leave with a beautiful piece!

70% of art sales will go to immigrant families identified through the help of local community partners. Donations will be made directly to the families, so every dollar reaches them ✊🏾.

No matter how you show up, your impact is real - so if you can’t join us in person, please consider contributing on Venmo (to & list “fundraiser”)!

🚗 T3C is heading north next weekend for the 8th annual taking place Aug. 22nd - 24th in Carnation, WA!

This camping weekend centers the voices, joy, and experiences of melanated communities in the outdoors ✊🏾🌲.

On Saturday afternoon, our ED Nicole Allen ( ) is leading a workshop titled "Healing w/the Elements" - which features an ancestral grounding circle, mindful activities that connect us with the elements, and will close with a guided meditation to deepen our relationship with the natural world. ✨️

We hope we'll see ya up in Washington for this fun-filled weekend with community!

For the final installment before the summer break, we are teaming up with the amazing folks at to celebrate Yin Noir along with ! 🐦‍⬛

This unique experience combines the gentle, restorative practices of Yin Yoga & Guided Meditation with the healing rhythms of birdsong – and all set against the backdrop of a lush garden as the sun begins to set 🌅.
