CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. Absolutely anyone from grandparents to elite athletes! Anyone who wants to perform acts of daily living with healthy body movements and get into great shape while doing it! We have a true sense of community with an absolutely fun and supportive group of people who all workout together and urge each other on daily. What we offer at Carroll CrossFit:
Everyone starts with a Fundamentals Class. This includes 6 one on one half our personal training sessions:
- 7 point fitness assessment to give a baseline of starting fitness. These are performed free at the end of each quarter.
- 4 technique sessions learning most of the basic movements of CrossFit that will be used in class
- A nutrition session learning the basics of the Zone nutrition program.

This is honestly one of the biggest reasons I do what I do. Two of my 65+ year Young members taking care of their own snow. Living their best functional life. Did you take care of your own driveway this morning? Do you need help being able to do that yourself? These classes, at any age and any fitness level, will do that. I will meet you at your fitness level and help get you wherever you want to be. Great job Jewel and Duane.

Yes, there is still CrossFit class today. Adult classes and kids classes. I know there is 3 to 5 inches of snow coming. But we are good at doing hard things. Like driving through snow to get to exercise class. 🤦‍♂️😁 WTH If you want to be better at doing hard things, come join us.

I still have two spots available in this class if any parent has an interest in getting their child active or giving them a leg up on the competition in their sport. We work on speed, agility, coordination, power, and strength, all while building confidence as they learn how to maximize their growing bodies. Simple enough for a beginner who’s never worked out before and advanced enough for the higher level athlete to push them.

Forgot to post this last Friday, but this crew won the Fill the gym Friday workout a couple of weeks ago and got to pick last Fridays workoutt. Then they pulled off the back to back and won it again last Friday so they will get to pick this Friday’s work out. Come work out with the cool kids at 5:30 AM.

We’ve got a sweetheart of a free workout this Saturday. It’s Valentine’s Day and there’s no better way to spend it than sweating with your sweetheart. It’s still a free day and still a bodyweight day so everybody is welcome. You know you both need to get healthy so you can celebrate many more Valentines together. Starts at 8 AM so be early to warm up.

I have one spot available in each of my kindergarten -3rd grade after school kids class. Classes from 4:45 to 530. There are two groups. Monday/Wednesday and a Tuesday/Thursday group. Great way to keep your kids active, keep them off of the electronics and/or get them ready for spring/summer sports. Especially if they’re struggling with coordination, agility, footwork, confidence and/or speed. Message me or call 712–7 90–9235.
