At the end of Heartbeat Retreat this year. 🥹 After many years of not letting people in and not believing in myself... I am in awe of where my heart has led me. I followed my bliss.

And I am proud of myself because it has been quite the journey of facing my fears and mental stories of limitation.

I have unlearned a lot. I am remembering my true nature beyond the fear, control and lack of ego programming.

I AM one with Source and all of the many forms in this physical existence.

Grateful to be on this journey with these human expressions of divinity. Through this community and relationships, I have healed and grown so much.

They love me in my messiness and awkwardness. They want to know and understand me. And I, them.

I can see myself more clearly as I keep allowing myself to show up even when the small self "I" is terrified. And here, I am held and I can rise. ☀️

And I am here to support you in the same. 🙏💚

You are invited to a yoga gathering as part of the at the pavilion overlooking Lake Carroll.

These classes are designed to softly open each layer of yourself - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Strengthening the connection to Creator, our power, creativity, and heart.

There will also be some slow burn strength training.

Savasana (final resting posture) will be a sound and song journey with voice, chimes, harmonium and crystal sound bowls. ✨️

Bring your own mat and any props you need.
