Children’s Yoga Series with Andrea Laubstein! 💚

Andrea Laubstein (yoga instructor, MA
Psychology) is the creator of YogaPoint children's yoga training, which she teaches internationally. She also taught kindergarten at Rooon Aroon School in Thailand for 2 years. Her interests revolve around holistic education, yoga, spirituality, and early childhood development.

Andrea makes yoga fun! Through this series, Children will learn yoga asana (poses) as well as breathing and emotional regulation tools.

Attend entire series for $135, or drop in for $19/class.
Space is limited, please sign up in advance

Starting Sunday, August 10th, Emily will be teaching Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath @ 4pm!!

Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down, soothing the mind, and opening the body through passive postures. The student will be held by various props in order to support fascia release and calming of the nervous system. Sound therapy with crystal sound bowls and other tools will be used at the end of class in order to help the student feel peaceful, grounded, and present.

Meet Ellis! We’ve loved having her in class and being a part of her yoga practice. She is the sweetest soul! Here is what she has to say about Red Rock and her personal experience with us 🫶🏼:
