How many of you can relate to getting so bogged down by daily tasks that you feel drained before you get to any of your higher goals, the things that fill you up. It is amazing what a positive impact a basic tweak to your daily routine can do. Incorporating these four activities can take as little at 20-30 minutes/day and might leave you feeling more "accomplished" and "productive" overall at the end of the day. Setting a time limit, even if you have more time than suggested, can also make it more realistic that you will be able to truly incorporate this as part of your daily routine.

Examples of each of these activities are:
1. Something that inspires you- can be a 5 minute meditation upon waking or listening to part of a podcast while getting ready for the day
2. Something that revitalizes you- can be a quick 5 minute walk outside or a simple full body stretch before starting your day
3. Something that connects you- can be sending a funny post to a friend who needs a laugh or sharing something personal/vulnerable with someone you usually wouldn't share with (can be done with healthy boundaries)
4. Something that leads to growth- can be reading one chapter of a book that leads to new learning

Try incorporating these activities into your daily routine for a few days and see what it does for your week (and your perspective)!😃
