This is just so dangerously biased. The VA "study" this VOX news outfit and others are citing today is a very flawed study. And they are using it to gain political advantage even while there exists a growing body of evidence to the contrary. If the major media cannot get a handle on the truth, they just need to stay out of the business of public opinion on issues where lives are at stake. What I know I will quickly summarize. Even after this unfortunate, but oft-cited, VA study several authoritative medical groups have included HCQ with Zinc and VitC in their treatment algorithms for the early symptomatic period - where it can do what it's supposed to do. In support of this is a reasonably large study from from the New York Grossman School of Medicine which appears to show very significant reduction to the mortality risk - nearly cutting it in half - when zinc is added to subjects are taking HCQ and azithromycin, compared to the matched controls receiving the other meds but no zinc.
