We are honored and proud to congratulate our 2019 Joey Ryan Foundation Scholarship recipient, Nicholas Wilson. Nicholas Wilson was a member of the 2019 Hebron baseball varsity team. He started as a manager and worked hard to earn his pitching position on varsity his senior year. Nicholas also received a booster club scholarship for having an outstanding essay concluding what baseball meant to him. We thank Hebron baseball, Coach Stone, and Nicholas for inviting us into their family and hearts tonight. We are extremely thrilled to offer Nicholas this scholarship for his character, on and off the field, in honor of Joey.

Congratulations to the 2018 Joey Ryan Heart Scholarship Recipient, Brad Hallock!

Brad is a senior at Hebron High School, and a member of the varsity Baseball team. Brad played first base and pitcher throughout his time with Hebron baseball and plans to pursue his baseball career after high school. He is graduating from Hebron in the top 7% of his class. We are thrilled to offer Brad this scholarship in honor of Joey.

Brad, on how Joey's legacy has affected him: "Joey's legacy has left a tremendous impression on me and inspires me in many ways. The most important lesson that his legacy has taught me is to live a life of joy and passion in everything I pursue. I have taken a new outlook on life that there is already so much negativity in the world, why not be a glimmer of positivity and hope shining in the darkness. Each day is a blessing as I have another opportunity to impact someone's life in a new way. Joey's legacy has reminded me that nothing is stopping me from being passionate for life and that every memory made is a special memory."

Last week JRF got to be Santa’s Helpers! We were fortunate enough to deliver this amazing haul to two families though a local program. Joey loved the Christmas reason and the giving spirit that comes with. We hope and pray that everyone can embrace this same feeling this Holiday Season!
