Did you know that bystander CPR 💗 can double or triple the survival rate of someone in cardiac arrest?

If someone collapses and is unresponsive, you don’t need special training to help save that person’s life — just use Hands-Only CPR!

🆘 Here’s how to perform Hands-Only CPR:
1️⃣ Call 911 immediately.
2️⃣ Push hard and fast in the center of the chest — aim for 100-120 compressions per minute (think of the beat to Stayin’ Alive 🎶 or Pink Pony Club).
3️⃣ Don’t stop until medical help arrives.

💡 No mouth-to-mouth needed! Chest compressions can keep blood pumping and save a life.
