Join us for this 4-session class + hands-on workshop led by a pediatric feeding therapist. We will learn all about introducing solids to your child AND get a chance to do it together to ensure understanding, safety and confidence to take what you learn and apply it at home! Come bring your baby!

So excited to announce this offering! This playgroup is intended for infants 9-15 months old and implements a parent/caregiver coaching model to encourage families to take these strategies and use them outside of our playgroup space! Every week we will review and implement a new strategy to encourage language development at this developmental stage. Playgroup will be led primarily in Spanish with shared book readings, music/songs, child-led play and core vocabulary exposure. Held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, this group will have limited spots!

Not new to this…

Did you say “true to this” in your head? I know you did, that’s why we friends 🫶🏾

Wild is the journey.
Winding was the path.

… but we here.

Humbled to be even the tiniest speck of peace, hope, or support on so many families journey. This sh*t is wild and I am astounded by the perseverance of so many through some serious trauma, grief, pain.

I’m just grateful this Wednesday, that’s all.

🤍 IT'S OK TO CHANGE YOUR MIND - I've supported families when nursing is challenging, and then they decide to pump exclusively. I've supported families where they never wanted to latch the baby directly, then changed their mind. P.S. there's no time limit on changing your mind.

🤍 IT'S OK THAT IT'S NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED
Prenatal education is not made equal! If all you heard was that it's natural and instinctual, of course, it's going to be difficult if challenges arise. Maybe it's the time commitment because breastfeeding is time consuming!
