🎉 Welcome Dr. Payton Williams, D.C. to Integrated Health! 🎉

We are excited to officially welcome Dr. Payton Williams, D.C. to our chiropractic team in Carterville!

Dr. Williams is passionate about helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives through personalized, integrated chiropractic care. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University, where he received the prestigious Hugh B. Logan Clinical Excellence Award for outstanding patient care and clinical excellence.

In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Williams is also certified in Acupuncture, allowing him to provide a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to pain relief, recovery, and overall wellness.

Originally from Olney, Illinois, Dr. Williams proudly served as an Army Medic in the Illinois Army National Guard from 2015 to 2021. His military background helped shape his compassionate, disciplined, and patient-centered approach to care.
Dr. Williams and his wife, Chloe, are excited to call Southern Illinois home. Outside the clinic, he enjoys hiking in the Shawnee National Forest with their dog, Ginny.

👩‍⚕️ Nurse Spotlight: Sara Walker, LPN

As part of our Nurses Week spotlight series, today we are proud to recognize Sara Walker and the compassionate care she provides to our patients at Integrated Health. 💙

Sara has been a nurse since 2005, following in the footsteps of her mother, who dedicated more than 40 years to the nursing profession. Throughout her career, Sara has remained committed to treating every patient with the same compassion and respect she would want for her own family.

She began her nursing journey working in the hospital setting before transitioning to clinical practice, where she continues to make a meaningful impact through her caring and patient-centered approach.

Sara joined the Integrated Health family in December 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of our team. She enjoys working alongside our staff and caring for the patients we are privileged to serve.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys swimming, spending time at the beach, caring for her beloved fur babies, and making memories with her spouse, family, and friends.

We are grateful to have Sara as part of the Integrated Health team and deeply appreciate the compassion, dedication, and warmth she brings to our community every day. 💙

👩‍⚕️ Nurse Spotlight: Raedell Wallace, LPN

As part of our Nurses Week spotlight series, today we are proud to recognize Raedell Wallace and the compassionate, patient-centered care she provides to our patients at Integrated Health. 💙

Raedell has been dedicated to the medical field since 2006, fulfilling a lifelong dream of becoming a nurse. Her passion for helping others began at an early age—every Halloween costume she chose was a nurse uniform, reflecting the calling that would eventually shape her career.

Throughout her nursing journey, Raedell has gained experience in a wide range of specialties, including traumatic brain injury care, urology, geriatrics, family medicine, women’s health, and functional medicine. These diverse experiences have strengthened her commitment to supporting patients through every stage of life with compassion and professionalism.

Known for her caring nature and attention to detail, Raedell is passionate about making each patient feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Outside of work, Raedell’s greatest joy is being a mother to her son, who is her world and her biggest motivation every day.

👩‍⚕️ Nurse Spotlight: Ava Jones, LPN, CLC

As part of our Nurses Week spotlight series, today we are proud to recognize Ava Jones and the compassionate care and positive energy she brings to Integrated Health every day. 💙

Ava has been working in healthcare since 2010, beginning her career caring for moms and babies and becoming a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). After earning her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential, she worked as a baby nurse before expanding her role into behavioral health, family practice, and infusion services at Integrated Health.

Known for her warm personality and dedication to helping others, Ava brings both experience and heart to every patient interaction.

Outside of work, Ava is the proud mother of three wonderful children and loves spending as much time with them as possible. She enjoys singing (and even auditioned for American Idol in 2011!), traveling, and anything adventurous—from roller coasters at Six Flags to skydiving and jumping off the Stratosphere in Las Vegas. She has traveled to Europe and is already planning another trip with her children in 2027.

We are grateful to have Ava as part of the Integrated Health team and deeply appreciate the compassion, energy, and dedication she brings to our community every day. 💙
