When you are living a Life on the Mend, take care to shield yourself energetically anytime you are around other people. I'm still trying to remember this. I can't tell you how many times I have fled a thrift store in stress and overwhelm.

Today, I remembered (after the fact)to check for anything I might have picked up in there and found an entity, an idea intolerance to life, and an absorbed emotion of failure from someone.

I'm so grateful I can quickly clear all that! And the person feeling failure got a bonus clearing that they didn't know about.
