“First practiced by ancient Hawaiians, Ho’oponopono is a healing technique that teaches the simple messages of repentance, gratitude, and taking 100% responsibility for your experience of the world. Through studying the Ho'oponopono, you’ll learn to distinguish between conscious, subconscious, and superconscious minds and how they affect your everyday life.
This class introduces you to the practice of ho’oponopono by explaining what it is and how it works, providing an exploration of the power of forgiveness. and how having a firm sense of these allows a person to have a better idea of their place in the world. We have all listed on our to-do list that we must clean the garage, fold laundry, or organize our workshop. But we never put on our to-do list that we should declutter our minds.
During this event, you will acquire the skills to clean and clear your mind to purge negative and damaging thoughts so that you can live a full, free and exciting life. The course covers emotional baggage - how it shapes your life, why it happens, the link between negative emotions and emotional baggage, and how choosing to live ‘lighter’ will help you to live a more peaceful life.
