What’s in your first aid kit? You might be surprised!

A well stocked first aid kit can make all the difference in an emergency. Here are the essentials everyone should have on hand:

Bandages & LOTS of gauze

Antiseptic wipes & ointment

Medical tape & gloves

Tweezers & scissors

CPR mask or face shield

Pain relievers & burn cream

Pro tip: Check your kit every 6 months, expired meds and empty supplies won’t help when you need them most!

We’re teaming up this December to spread a little extra kindness!

We are collecting gift-wrapping supplies (wrapping paper, bows, bags, tags, and tape) to donate. Volunteers will be with a community farm to wrap holiday gifts which raise funds for supporting families facing food insecurity, and we’re grateful to help.

If you’d like to donate, we’re happy to arrange pickup now through December 19th. 🎁✨
