If you maintain healthy working relationships with people (and yourself), you will realize that it isn’t ghosting when you don’t speak with others for a few weeks or months at a time.

You will also realize that their time is just as valuable as yours and offer to supplement it if you expect their presence and contribution.

People’s ego attachments and mental states are very obvious if you’re willing to pay attention and not personalize someone else’s busy life as a reflection of their character.

If you struggle with understanding how your relationships are a reflection of your own ego attachments, book some time with me and I will help you understand 😉☺️✌️

When people are working hard in their own suffering (burnout, depression, fear, denial, whatever you wanna call it), naturally they think they’re working hard for others. What you do for work shouldn’t be taking all your mental and emotional energy, you’re likely working too hard for someone else’s suffering.

Denial is dangerous. Taking care of your brain and mental health isn’t negotiable in 2026. And in this American society, if you’re not learning how to change your lifestyle to be centered on wellness then you’re committed to contributing the problem that causes suffering for yourself and others around you.

How do Takers still have friends?!
Simple: they’re taking truth and attention from the Givers that haven’t realized their own limits yet.

If you’re a giving person, you’re less likely to have personal boundaries modeled for you. You likely grew up with an emotionally unstable parent (mental illness and addiction) , or no consistent parent to give you perspective on being a secure person in an insecure environment.

Takers are conditioned to utilize power to their own advantage, and you’re attracted to takers because you were raised by one, or lack thereof. You still believe that you have something to gain from following takers because you think they’re going to give you the love, attention, and respect you desire. You haven’t balanced your inner giver and taken the time and energy that you give so freely to others, for yourself.
It’s time to RightSize your life. And it’s starts with gaining a Fresh Perspective on who you are and how to nourish your mind and body.

Recovery is a belief system, nourished by the relationship with food. What people are saying about Fresh Perspective? In the Fresh Perspective program we lean into connection, first with the moment, then with our ego, and then with who we are.
A full systematic reset. Then we work on repetition and reformation of our relationship with our basic needs, and start to reorganize and reprogram the brain around self nourishment, all centering around the relationship with food.

Why? Many of our internal scripts about stress and control center with food. We are either going to restrict ourselves or release the pressure we have been trapped under from what we carry energetically.

When we learn to regulate, respond, and redirect our energy, we Recover.

If this perspective found you, it may become yours. Years of therapy not giving you results? Start your Fresh Perspective journey today.
