Unlike a traditional breast augmentation that uses implants, an auto augmentation uses your own breast tissue to create fullness and shape. During the procedure, Dr. Anu Antony lifts and reshapes the breast while repositioning existing tissue higher on the chest. This allows the breast to appear rounder, fuller, and more youthful without adding an implant.
In the before photos, you can see that much of the patient’s natural volume sits lower on the chest with less upper pole fullness. After surgery, that same tissue has been lifted, reshaped, and supported internally, creating improved projection and a more balanced contour.
