June 13, 2013 I started Natalie Meador Nutrition. 10 years later, I am still doing a job that I love in a capacity that has allowed me to grow as a clinician, business woman, and entrepreneur. To celebrate National Nutrition Month, I will be sharing various articles that highlight ways for you to improve your nutritional health and wellness. This article gives a shout out to the Mediterranean Diet to decrease inflammation in the body.
