I had C0V*D 2 months ago.
So did a lot of my family.
It was very difficult for me to be able to do anything. Just stuck in my bed...but lucky I didn't have to go to a hospital. I am glad I was able to get through it within a week. ❤️

Dash of cinnamon

6-8 ice cubes

My favorite rollerball recipe for this time of year is so beneficial for fighting chest spasms (cough cough) & stuffiness. (Especially for kids, but adults as well). It works SO well! It's not just good for opening up your airways and sinuses, but it has powerful immune-enhancing benefits as well!
In a 10mL rollerball:
-20 drops Arborvitae oil
-20 drops Rosemary oil
-20 drops Eucalyptus oil
-20 drops Lime oil
-Fill the rest of the rollerball with fractionated coconut oil.
Roll on chest or spine as needed.
This is an ADULT blend.
