It’s time to reconnect. ✨
Journey Drumming Meditation is different from traditional meditation practices that focus on quieting or emptying the mind.
Instead, this experience invites you to relax deeply and allow your mind to wander… following wherever your inner landscape, imagination, memories, emotions, or subconscious may lead you. Often, insight arises not from forcing stillness, but from allowing space to explore.
We begin with a brief introduction, gentle movement to prepare the body for journeying, and my signature tapping practice to help settle the nervous system.
Then participants lie comfortably on a mat while I play the drum live, creating a rhythmic soundscape for the journey.
After the callback, there is time for silent reflection and optional journaling, followed by optional group sharing.
