As we venture into Thanksgiving week, I find myself reflecting on what the last 15-16 years have given to me as i venture down my career path.

Over these years I have had the absolute honor of holding space for so many incredible individuals while they navigate their healing.

Be it physically, emotionally, or spiritually- it has been one of my highest callings to be able to facilitate a safe space for people to move through their process.

I am so deeply blessed to be trusted with this by each and every one of you who has ever been on my table.

So, here’s to you. Thank you for letting me laugh with you, cry with you, dream with you and reach for the highest pinnacle of happiness at your sides.

You’ve allowed this happy little healer girl to build a life on this work, and there’s no amount of gratitude that could ever be enough to thank you for that. ♥️

Massage therapy significantly lowers cortisol levels, which is the body's primary stress hormone. Cortisol is released by the adrenal glands in response to stress, and chronically high levels can negatively impact health. Studies indicate that massage reduces cortisol, simultaneously increasing levels of serotonin and dopamine, which are neurotransmitters associated with relaxation and well-being. By regulating these hormones, massage therapy is a therapeutic intervention that actively works to reduce the physiological effects of stress, promoting a calmer state of mind and body.
