Hey friends! This is Jay with fishhogs. I have candied salmon and traditional smoked salmon with the option of peppered available now! All salmon is chinook. I will also have some beaded earrings available. I will be set up in cascade locks under the bridge of the gods on Friday 12/12 and Saturday 12/13. I will be there from 10:30am-5:30pm. Thank you for the update Triston! 😂. Our canopy has seen better days!! Nothing a little duck tape can’t fix..😂😂 we are getting near the end.. maybe one more week?? Rain or sun, we are here!! Catch of the day; coho salmon & steelhead.. deals deals. lol get your fish before the end of the season!

Good morning all!! As the season begins to wind down, we will be closed, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and OPEN Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday!! Catch of the day; Chinook, Coho, Steelhead! Maybe a few more weeks and then I am going to call it a season!! We appreciate all of you so much!! Hope to see you soon!

My apologies for the missed messages and calls this year.. There have been so many changes to fish hogs this year.. I went back to my roots and fished my own scaffs this year. Our summer run was low!! I still caught beautiful fish. Hard work - but i stayed on it! Consistently. This fall, we once again have had to pivot. Changes in boat captains and deckhands… I will be honest; I spent years and years on the boat as a deckhand.. I’ve been a deckhand for many great captains… I didn’t take a step back until 2019. The summer of 2019 I wanted to run basketball tournaments with my girl… Since my girl left us, I haven’t wanted to be on the boat, but this year the universe willed it that way.. I took that leap and became a captain this year…. It’s honestly been liberating.. I know what to do & as an added bonus, I saw my son drive in harsh conditions and I am 100% sure he can drive boat.. Jay and I are back on the boat this coming week… Mersaedy, Triston, jekiah, and Cristian, are on landing and lot crew… please know, we all work really hard to ensure the quality of our fish and to be on time.. Please be patient with us while our crew goes thru big changes. Big shout out to our landing and lot crew! We couldn’t do this without you!
