We all think 50 is “so old” when we are younger, but to me, it actually feels less about a number and more about a season.

I feel better than ever-stronger, calmer, more grounded, and comfortable in who I am and where 1 am going.

I have been celebrated with immense love by my family, dear friends, and the patients who trust me and remind me daily why I do what I do.

And the sweetest early birthday gift-welcoming my fourth grandchild into the world.

I am so grateful for this life, this chapter, and all that is still unfolding.

Memories are a powerful thing. Sometimes I laugh out loud, sometimes I cry. I actually did both with this one. The big hair (definitely AquaNet) and how much I miss my mom.
There are a lot of things in this world that go too fast. Take time to tell those in your life that you love them and how much they mean to you.

I am resharing this because it resonated with so many of you I truly believe understanding value over price is essential in medical aesthetics.

Before comparing prices, ask yourself three questions:

• What level of experience and skill do I want from the medical provider injecting my face?
• What is the value of my safety?
• Am I looking for discounted prices… or quality results?

I don’t personally set the prices at my medical practice.
What I do set is the standard of care.

For me, that includes ongoing advanced education (not free trainings), active licensure through the Board of Nursing, a true clinical setting, strict aseptic technique, and using scientifically backed, FDA-approved products that are stored properly and supported by immediate medical care if ever needed.

This is not arrogance.

It’s confidence in my training, my ethics, and the level of care I provide.
