January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month

Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers. Routine screenings and the HPV vaccine play a critical role in early detection and prevention.

We encourage women to:

- Stay up to date on Pap and HPV screenings

- Talk with their provider about the HPV vaccine

- Pay attention to changes in their health and ask questions

Early detection can make all the difference. If you’re due for a screening or need guidance, our care team is here to support you every step of the way.

Survivorship is more than completing treatment—it’s continuing to care for your health, your body, and your future.

As we close out the year, we honor the strength of survivors and the journeys they continue every day. Follow-up care, monitoring, and support remain an essential part of survivorship—and we’re here for every step.

What advice would you give someone just starting treatment?

The holidays can be joyful—but they can also be overwhelming, especially for patients and families navigating cancer.

This season, it’s okay to slow down, set boundaries, and ask for support. You don’t have to do everything, and you don’t have to do it alone. Learn more tips here: https://bit.ly/3L4yOAI

This November, we highlight Lung Cancer Awareness Month by encouraging early detection, screening, and education. Learn the signs, understand your risk, and talk with your provider about whether a lung cancer screening is right for you.

Who Should Consider Screening?

Lung cancer screening with low-dose CT (LDCT) is recommended for adults who:
• Are 50–80 years old
• Have a 20-pack-year smoking history
• Currently smoke or quit within the last 15 years

Early detection saves lives.
