Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.

Small habits can make a big difference during treatment:

- Create a simple routine
- Focus on rest and sleep
- Practice deep breathing or meditation
- Stay connected with loved ones
- Try gentle movement
- Write things down
- Ask for support
- Celebrate small wins

Most importantly, be kind to yourself and take things one day at a time.

January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month

Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers. Routine screenings and the HPV vaccine play a critical role in early detection and prevention.

We encourage women to:

- Stay up to date on Pap and HPV screenings

- Talk with their provider about the HPV vaccine

- Pay attention to changes in their health and ask questions

Early detection can make all the difference. If you’re due for a screening or need guidance, our care team is here to support you every step of the way.
