The garden ended up being perfectly chilly with the sun beating down and our yoga flow tonight!

In case ya missed it, FREE yoga classes every Monday and Thursday evening, and we’re so thankful to have this as planned time together as the days get darker + colder (we’ll be inside then, promise!) ❤️

Such a fun crew that showed up to Fellowship + FItness tonight!!

Every Monday 5-6 pm we chat, catch up, share some light + love and then do some stretching and meditation (with the infamous photo shoot afterwards). None of which is required, just all joyful and worth inviting everybody else too!
