Hello city of Woodland and surrounding communities,
Please join us to support the family and finally be able to lay Herbert F. March to rest, after a long 81 years.
Tech-4 March was in the US Army Airforce. March was captured and made a Prisoner of War during World War II, following the Bataan Death March. March was a member of Headquarters Squadron, 24th Pursuit Group, when Japanese forces invaded the Philippine Islands in December 1941. After an intense fight, US troops surrendered.

Thousands of US and FIlippo Service members were captured and forced into Prisoner of war camps. Service members were held at the Cabanatuan POW Camp #1 following the 65-mile Bataan Death March. According to the prison camp records, March succumbed to complications of dysentery and malaria on July 26, 1942, he was then buried along with other deceased prisoners of the Cabanatuan Camp Cemetery in Common Grave 225.

March will be laid to rest at Kerns Bozorth Cemetery in Woodland, Washington on Sunday May 5, 2024 at 11am, all are welcomed to honor our fallen warrior. Woodland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Canned food drive and raffle!!!
From July 1-July 8 we will be holding a canned food drive. Every 5 cans enters you into our raffle with prizes from local Castle Rock businesses! Stop on in to Hubbard Funeral Home and drop off those cans!

Hello Castle Rock families and friends!
We are so excited to announce that on July 8th Hubbard Funeral Home will be hosting a summer bazaar 10am to 4pm! Come meet our wonderful directors. During our Bazaar we will be holding a can food drive. So empty out your pantries and donate at least 5 cans to get the chance to enter our raffle and win some awesome prizes, donated by some of your local shops here in Castle Rock!
Our goal for holding this bazaar is to get the opportunities to meet and make connections with the families and neighbors of Castle Rock. We are here to serve families.
