Save Cayucos Yoga!
Since opening in November of 2023, we have strived to create more than just a fitness studio, instead we manifested a sanctuary for both the mind, body and spirit. A community of humans helping each other become better & a dedicated yoga studio that honors the sacred traditions of Yoga.

As we have come to our one and a half year mark, we need to restructure the business side of the studio so that it becomes financially sustainable and can continue to stay true to our grassroots, organic growth platform. Donate to help Save Cayucos Yoga

This Saturday 4/26 at 6pm is the New Moon Meditation with intention setting and a beautiful sound journey lead by Aluminea Fold into the silks support like your own private cocoon or get comfortable on the floor with bolsters and blankets to cozy into. Last Full Moon Meditation was full! There is still room in the silks, once they are full it will be floor space only.
