"I just completed a new 6-week balance program with Hannah. The workouts helped me build and maintain strength. Every workout is different and uses props such as weights, bands and an 8 lb. exercise ball. Every week was a new challenge for me, but Hannah kept me on track and motivated. I worked through some soreness but recovered within a couple days. Regardless of age, I feel this class will be beneficial for many and I will definitely continue the many exercise programs available in the future. Thank you, Hannah, for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this program." - Judy
