“My burn story is one that is familiar, especially to many postpartum moms. In July 2024, I learned about Burn on social media. I saw the workouts and was mesmerized, and knew that I had to give it a try.
I was 12 weeks postpartum with my second child when I first stepped into Burn. As intimidated as I was, I was excited to start working towards improving my health and accomplishing fitness goals. After my first camp, I was really unsure if I was able to keep up with the workouts. With the help of the amazing and knowledgeable trainers, I was able to find modifications that were safe for me, but also pushed me in the best way. Ever since finding my way, I have rarely missed a camp since that day I took a chance and joined.
Fast forward to now, I’ve seen major improvements in my strength, stamina, and most importantly, my confidence. Im so grateful and thankful to be a member of this amazing community, especially for the childwatch team members and for the friendships i’ve built throughout my time as a member. Huge thank you to burn boot camp Morristown for giving me the chance to choose myself and for being the best 45-minutes of my day every single day!”
