💥 This is Sonny - a beast mama and inspiration to all in camp! If you’ve taken a camp with her, you already know there’s nothing she can’t do (or won’t try)!

“After getting really focused on working out after babies, I felt accomplished getting myself back into shape. I began looking for a new challenge for myself, beyond my workouts at the Y and in my driveway. When I heard about burn and saw the type of workouts they were doing, I was confident this would be a great new challenge. What I did not expect to happen was for a complete mindset shift to happen; from “working out” to “training”. The structured and purposeful workouts showed weaknesses in my abilities and made it easy to laser focus on new goals. I started to have a list of things I wanted to accomplish and felt super motivated to work up to them. I trusted the process and began to see gains in fitness that made me inspired to push even harder, reaching goals faster than I expected.

The joy that burn has put into fitness has pushed it past something I “need to do” to something that I associate as part of myself. I used to workout bc I needed to now I workout because I’m obsessed. I even miss it on vacation. The camps have pushed me to show up with intention, focus, and intensity in a way that I hadn’t associated with myself. I’m thankful for the opportunity to get to know the people of this gym. From someone who never did a team sport, I’m inspired and driven by the community. There’s truly nothing better than the camaraderie of breathless high-fives knowing the dedication you put into 45 minutes.“

Bring your ‘lil elves for 45 minutes of festive fun, including sing-alongs, dancing, instrument exploration, and rhythmic play to your favorite holiday tunes! Let’s make music and memories and burn off some energy before the menorahs and kinaras are lit, and Santa arrives!
