Now that I feel better I thought I’d share some progress pictures.

I’m not sharing these because I feel like I need to hit any specific physical goal but more for accountability and support.

If you’ve been with me on my fitness journey for a while you’ll know that I used to post weekly progress pictures and would share my ups and downs throughout my journey.

I’ve gotten away from that because it has all felt so…insignificant since losing my dad, tbh. I’m just supposed to keep posting random mirror selfies, gym footage and food pictures when I have this massive hole in my heart?

I’ve still been showing up because being the healthiest version of me is the least I can do for myself and one of the best things I can do for my family…Feeling strong, going to the gym, sharing my journey has always been a passion of mine. It has just felt empty to share on social media lately for some reason.

When I’m on social media I want authenticity and real life. I would encourage someone else to share what they feel brings happiness and fulfillment. For me that’s always been sharing all aspects of my journey.

All of that said, my goal for the next week is to hit the following as a bare minimum each day:
📋hit protein and calorie goals
📋10k steps
📋take vitamins/supplements

I want to show more for accountability but also in the chance that it encourages or inspires someone.

So here I am. I’ll post more as the weeks continue. 🥰
