This week was bread week in my food science class on my road to becoming a dietitian!! Let me tell you it has been a treat to have a reason to try so many things I wouldn’t have wanted to put the time into. For example, baking bread seemed like an overwhelming effort, especially when I am blessed to have access to quality bread from a nearby store. However, it was way easier than I thought and now I am excited to do it again! Honestly, I think a cooking class is something everyone should take at some point in their lives especially one that teaches you the science behind kitchen chemistry. I feel way more confident in the kitchen now. 🥰.
