🚨New to supplements? One very easy way to start supplementation- A Multi-Vitamin!
I personally take this Codeage Women’s Fermented MultiVitamin! It’s a very basic way to get good quantities of nutrients without the sense of overwhelm! (Yes, there’s a Men’s version!)
Fermented multi’s tend to be easier on the stomach & more bio available, meaning your body can absorb and use the nutrients efficiently! They are great for supporting energy, immunity, digestion, and overall wellness! 🌱
Few tips when choosing a good multi:
•Look for whole food or fermented sources
•Avoid synthetic fillers & dyes
•Has the right form of nutrients

•Make sure it fulfills your requirements YOU need
I personally like to spread my multi out in 2 doses, one in the morning and one in the afternoon to avoid high quantities all at once!
