𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆
Independent (1099) Sales Representatives (Iowa Based) - 30% commission on gross sales with flexible hours and the ability to work from home. Must reside in Iowa, preferably within a 150-mile radius of Cedar Rapids. Paid training in office, then remote work.
𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Iowa based Independent (1099) Sales Representatives to drive company sales by managing customer relationships of existing clients, recapturing previous clients, and finding new customers through cold-calling, emailing, and social media networking. Independent Sales Representatives should be able to network and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. To be successful, Independent Sales Representatives should be committed to achieving sales goals with minimal supervision.
The company will provide Independent Sales Representatives with a laptop, headset, phone line, database access, client leads, product training, and, if needed, physical office space at company headquarters for secure access to the internet, printer, and mailing facilities to conduct work-related activities.
This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Income is directly proportional to sales revenue generated. Part-time effort yields a yearly potential of $25,000.00 - $35,000.00. Full-time effort yields a yearly potential of $45,000.00 - $65,000.00.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
· Persuading previous clients to rejoin the new services.
· Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads.
· Arranging online meetings with potential and existing customers to present products.
· Persuading customers to purchase products by highlighting product benefits and key features.
· Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
· Negotiating pricing to encourage purchases.
· Filling out the necessary order form to complete a sale and promptly submitting to accounting.
· Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
· MUST RESIDE IN IOWA within a 150-mile radius of Cedar Rapids, IA
· Experience with B2B phone sales - 5yrs preferred / 2yrs required
· Ability to work independently
· Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Effective communication skills
· Exceptional customer service skills
