Meet Emily, one of the talented chefs at Cottage Grove Place. This month, Emily is featuring her Seared Salmon with Citrus Salad and Honey Vinaigrette, a fresh, flavorful dish that has been turning heads in the dining room.

And the meal does not stop there. Our kitchen team is also excited to show off their brand new dessert case. 🍰 Each evening, it rotates with a selection of house-made desserts so residents can finish their meal with something sweet, whether they enjoy it at the dining room table or back in the comfort of their own apartment.
