It's finally time! So excited to offer my first crystal bowl sound bath of 2024 (with many more to come)

Please use the below link for registration as there is limited space.

Please bring blankets, pillows, a yoga mat or sleeping bags, basically anything that you would like to bring to make sure you are comfortable while lying on the floor for the duration of the sound bath. (There are chairs available to sit on if lying on the floor is not an option for you)

Happy New Year!

As we come into this new year, may we approach it with curiosity and the desire to be present in each moment. In a world full of distraction, find moments to tune in to your inner being and recognize what is going on inside. Aligning your beliefs with what you speak and the actions you take creates some of the deepest levels of authenticity, allowing you to begin to attract effortlessly what you desire. If faulty belief systems are in place, you may feel stagnate or like the effort you are putting in is simply spinning your wheels.

I am so excited to announce that I have recently completed the Belief Code Certification and have begun offering this clearing technique during sessions! This deep subconscious exploration brings to the surface negative programs, limiting beliefs, and faulty core identities that served purpose in the past but are currently working against you.
