Today I made .avivaromm Moon Latte—a cozy, nourishing drink for the nervous system. I added Ashwagandha and immune-support mushrooms (both available in our apothecary).

Ingredients:
1 cup organic whole cow milk or unsweetened
almond, cashew milk, or coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon ground ashwagandha or reishi
mushroom
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
1 tsp. honey, preferably raw
1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
Breastfeeding safe if pregnant swap for equal amounts of reishi
