As a yoga teacher, one of the best things I can do for my students, is to remember to be a student myself. We are so lucky that we have an incredible yoga community in CR, and we have instructors who will travel to us! I was fortunate enough to learn from one such outstanding instructor this weekend, Bradshaw Wish. A huge thank you to Bradshaw for sharing his wisdom and humor. A thank you to Panda Marie LLC for making this weekend happen. And to Toula Yoga for the lovely space for our community to gather.

Save the date(s) for chair yoga! 📆

Beginning Monday, February 9, the library will host Chair Yoga with Tammy on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. This yoga class is geared toward adults who are interested in learning yoga, but are new to it, have physical limitations, or simply find regular yoga challenging.
