CLIENTS SERVED Our office is located within the Milwaukee area, however, we offer services to many communities throughout Ozaukee, Milwaukee, Dodge, Washington, Waukesha, and Sheboygan counties. Behavior Consulting: Parents, families, child care providers, and teachers who need help with children or adults who exhibit challenging behaviors, and/or need to learn specific skills. Behavior Intervention & Consulting Services provides training to the parent/child care provider/teacher, and also works directly with the specific child /adult of concern. Pain/Stress Management: Any adult interested and committed to completing a PainLess Somatic Education or Insight Mediation program, which includes a daily commitment of practice over a period of 2 months. SERVICES PROVIDED 1) Behavior Consulting for Children & Adults: • For parents of children with special needs For parents who have children that exhibit challenging behaviors • For adults with developmental/ neurodevelopmental disabilities and their caregiver(s) • Disability/Inclusion/Behavior Training & Support Workshops and training for teachers, caregivers, parents, and other family members who work with children or adults with developmental/ neurodevelopmental disabilities. Previous presentations have included: -Inclusion Support in Schools & Communities -Positive Behavior Supports at Home & Schools -Speech & Hearing Development, Concerns, and Support -Developmental Milestones & Red Flags -Home and Classroom Supports for Children with Sensory Processing Disorders • Parent guidance with Individualized Education Programs, Individualized Transition Plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans. • Inclusion Facilitation for children who have special needs and are receiving child care or would like to attend child care. • Skills training for individuals with disabilities (life and/or academic for children/adults). 2) PainLess Somatic Education: PainLess Somatic Education (PLSE) is a healing program for adults who suffer from physical and/or emotional pain. It is a program that ignites an individual’s healing journey through pain, offering strategies to help pain sufferers gain the self-knowledge of mind and body necessary for healing, empowerment, and potential. PLSE's unique program teaches mindfulness-rooted body and mind oriented strategies to people in pain in order to improve overall health and well being, with a focus on reduction of symptoms and improved quality of life. As a fully healed chronic pain survivor myself who has experienced total disability, I was deeply inspired to develop this program for the opportunity help empower other people living in pain to embrace their life’s highest potential. I developed this program based on the healing strategies that brought me from a diagnosis of thoracic outlet syndrome and fibromyalgia to completely pain free.
