Happy New Year! ✨ As we step into 2026, I’m encouraging my patients (and myself!) to move away from restrictive resolutions and toward sustainable health.
Instead of "dieting," let’s focus on nourishment. Instead of "exercise as punishment," let’s find movement that feels good. 🩺
