Not all eggs are created equal.
Pasture-raised eggs are dramatically more nutritious than conventional eggs from factory-farmed hens.
Here’s the difference:
• Pasture-raised eggs have a much better omega-3 to omega-6 ratio
• They contain significantly higher levels of choline, vitamin D, and vitamin A
• The yolks are a deep, rich orange color — a sign of high nutrient density — compared to the pale yellow you see in conventional eggs
The reason is simple: pasture-raised hens are able to forage on grass, bugs, and seeds in natural sunlight, which dramatically improves the nutritional quality of their eggs.

Can your thoughts and intentions actually change the physical world?
Dr. Masaru Emoto became famous for his experiments showing that human intention dramatically affects water crystals. When water was exposed to loving, positive words or intentions, it formed beautiful, symmetrical crystals. When exposed to hate or negative intentions, the crystals became distorted and chaotic.
He also conducted studies on plants — showing that plants “spoken to” with loving intention grew significantly better than control plants that received negative or indifferent energy.
The implications are powerful: If intention can change the molecular structure of water and affect living plants, it means your thoughts and words are literally shaping your environment — and quite possibly your own body.

Your body is designed to be connected to the Earth.
When you walk barefoot on grass, dirt, or swim in natural water, you absorb negative ions from the Earth that neutralize the positive ions (free radicals) built up from EMFs, stress, and modern living.
A major 2015 review in the Journal of Inflammation Research showed that grounding delivers free electrons that act as natural antioxidants — directly reducing inflammation, pain, and oxidative stress in the body.

It’s called a Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) — a hole between the upper chambers of the heart that never closed after birth. Up to 25% of people still have one.
Normally, clots get filtered by your lungs. But with a PFO, those clots can slip straight to your brain, causing cryptogenic strokes or triggering migraines.

Your heart pumps blood — but it does NOT pump your lymphatic system!
You actually have 5 times more lymph fluid in your body than blood, and your lymphatic system has no pump. It’s basically the sewer system of your body — it removes waste, toxins, and dead cells.
That’s why movement is so important.
Standing on a vibration plate, rebounding, deep breathing, lymphatic massage, and jumping all help move lymph fluid through your body and clear out the trash.
