I’m about to turn 78 next month, and I just want to share this…

I feel more alive than I have in a long time.

I have more energy, I feel lighter, and I’m able to enjoy my days again in a way I didn’t before.

What’s made the biggest difference for me has been focusing on simple daily wellness habits and staying consistent with them.

I’m just really grateful for how far I’ve come 🤍

If you’re curious about what I’ve been doing, comment INFO and I’ll share it with you.

“The joy of the Lord is your strength.” — Nehemiah 8:10

Lord, surround me with people who understand me and uplift me during this time.

Help me to find comfort in community—
in shared stories, shared struggles, and shared hope.

And teach me to also be that kind of support for others.

We’re not meant to walk through life alone. Amen 🤍

If this is your prayer today, comment AMEN.

Adrian is 78 years old, still playing baseball, still pitching, and still giving us all something to smile about.

This clip shows him running to first base with everyone cheering him on — and you can tell he’s really moving because those arms are pumping.

He’s not just still in the game… he’s also our best pitcher.

Let’s show Adrian some love in the comments and cheer him on. Here’s to many more years of baseball, running, and doing what he loves.

Drop a 👏 or leave Adrian a word of encouragement below.

When kids discover a new way to wear hoodies… chaos is guaranteed. 😂🦆
Arms in the sleeves. Legs in the sleeves. Instant duck walk parade—laughing so hard they can barely move.

And the end clip? A chicken pinning a shark.
I’m not explaining it. You just have to watch. 🐔🦈💀

Also… this one hits me in the heart a little—because it captures Zack’s voice before it changed. 🥹

Question: What do you call this hoodie move—duck? penguin? gremlin? 🤣👇

God knew my wiring before I did.

Before I understood my strengths, my struggles, or even my path—He already did.

There’s comfort in knowing that nothing about me is a mistake. Every part has a purpose, even the ones I’m still learning to understand.

A friend sent me this and I had to share 😂|

6 seconds of snoring (turn your sound ON 🔊)…
If you’ve ever lost sleep because of this, you’ll relate.

She made one small change to her routine…

Peel. Stick. Sleep. 🤍

And she noticed a difference right away.

👉 Want to know what she did? Message me or comment “SLEEP” and I’ll share.

“Lord, quiet my mind at night so I can rest deeply and wake renewed.”

Some nights are harder than others.

Your body is tired, but your thoughts keep going… replaying, worrying, holding on.

Tonight, may you find a moment to pause, breathe, and release it all.

You deserve deep rest and a fresh start tomorrow 🤍

If this speaks to you, comment AMEN.

There are some moments that just feel long overdue in the best possible way.

Mom’s art show at the St. Marys Art Center was a beautiful success, and even more than that, it was deeply special to see her art out in the world the way it should have been all along.

We got to reconnect with so many people we haven’t seen in years, celebrate her work, hear stories, and watch others connect with the images and heart behind them. And after the March exhibit ended, she kept going, sharing her art and storytelling through presentations at senior centers in early April.

This has been such a meaningful season, and I’m so grateful to everyone who came, supported, encouraged, and shared in it with us.

If you’re interested in featuring Mom’s art at your location, storefront, or event, or would like to ask about booking a presentation, send me a message.

80 squares. That’s a life.

Each square represents a year.

Some are already lived.
One is right now.
And the rest? Still yours.

It really made me think…

Will we just age through the years ahead—
or is there another way to experience them?

I’ve been leaning into a different approach lately, and I’m honestly loving how it feels.

👉 If you’re curious, drop a 🟣 or send me a message.

One last little kitty needed a home… and that’s how Toby became part of our family. 🐾

This longer video pulls together some of our favorite Toby memories — how we got him, the unexpected adventure on the trip home, and one of the funniest box moments ever.

He was playful, silly, and full of personality from the very beginning. Looking back on these clips now, it’s the little everyday moments that feel the most special — the laughter, the chaos, and the joy of having him become part of the family so quickly.

If you’ve ever had a pet who worked his way right into your heart, this one is for you. ❤️
