Amazing to be part of something this exciting. 🙌

I can’t wait to watch this!!

Almost a year ago, I said yes to something completely outside my comfort zone… and honestly, it’s been life-changing on so many levels. Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, financially, spiritually, and through the incredible people I’ve met along the way.

I’ve watched people start sleeping better, have more energy, feel hopeful again, build confidence, create friendships, travel, grow businesses, and become part of a community that truly wants to see each other win. ❤️

And the crazy thing? I almost didn’t do it.

If you’ve been following my journey quietly from the sidelines, maybe this is your sign to finally ask questions and explore what this could look like for YOU.

Whether you’re looking for:
✨ Better wellness habits
✨ More energy and focus
✨ A supportive community
✨ Extra income options
✨ Personal growth
✨ Or just something positive and uplifting in your life…

I’d love to share why I’m so passionate about it.

Message me if you’re curious. No pressure. Just a conversation. 💙

Six weeks ago, the thunder clapped right after the mile. ⛈️

Everyone grabbed their gear, headed to the bus, and our first high school home meet against Van Wert was over before we were ready for it to be.

I'm sharing this clip now because in just a few days, Alison Hemelgarn and Andrew Behm are heading to state — and I want you to see where this all started.

Right here. This meet. This moment.

Alison stepping onto the track for the very first time in a high school home meet — no nerves you could see, just a girl who showed up and handled her moment.

Andrew three-stepping the majority of his hurdle race — same lead leg, same rhythm, barrier after barrier — months of work showing up in one race on a stormy afternoon in April.

Six weeks later, they're going to state.

Look how far they've come. Look what showing up every single day actually builds.

I could not be more proud of these two. ⭐ Let's go finish what we started.

“Grace fills the gaps I cannot.” 🤍

In the moments where I fall short, grace carries me through. A reminder that we don’t have to be perfect—we just have to keep showing up.

If this speaks to you, comment “GRACE” or share it with someone who needs this today.

When I found out my teammate wasn’t feeling her best, I went over to check on her and share something I’ve been using in my wellness routine — patching. ❤️

She tried it and noticed a sense of comfort and ease shortly after, and seeing her relax was everything. 🥹

It’s amazing how simple wellness tools can be part of supporting everyday comfort and care. 💕

DM or comment “PATCH” if you want to know more.

Okay, the sourdough is done and I am not okay. 😄🥖

We've got out-of-town guests coming tonight and I have been in full dinner party prep mode — place settings, snacks, charcuterie board loaded up, and homemade sourdough bread sitting on the table like the star it is.

There is truly nothing better than getting a table ready for people you love.

Simple food. Pretty details. Good people. That's my kind of night. ❤️

What if wellness is less about doing more—and more about giving the body the right message? ✨

That’s what fascinates me about patching.

Non-invasive, drug-free patches designed to reflect light wavelengths and support the body’s natural processes.

A simple shift in perspective: not forcing the body, but supporting it.

If you’re curious how it works, feel free to reach out.

The chicken won. 🐔😂

The shark never stood a chance. 🦈

This might be one of the funniest 20 seconds of family laughter ever.

I’m dressed in a shark costume, my brother is in a chicken costume, and somehow he has me pinned down while I’m flopping and flailing my arms like a dramatic shark in distress. We were all laughing hysterically — especially the kids.

There is something so sweet about grown adults being willing to be silly, play, and let the kids see that laughter does not have an age limit.

Life is too short to be serious all the time. Sometimes you just need a chicken, a shark, and a whole lot of laughter.

Are you Team Chicken or Team Shark? 🐔🦈

I used to think my biggest breakthroughs in life and leadership happened in big, defining moments.

But recently I’ve realized something different—they’ve actually been happening in my quiet mornings.

We often wait for massive transformation… but real growth is built through small, consistent choices.

I remember one morning recently feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from my goals. Instead of pushing through, I stepped away, went for a short walk, and committed to just 5 minutes of reflection each day.

That simple shift didn’t “fix” everything—but it realigned me.

And it reminded me of this truth:
Your daily routine is the blueprint for the person you’re becoming.

I’ve been building a simple, intentional rhythm that helps me stay grounded and focused every day.

If you’d like me to share it, just comment “HOW” or send me a message.
