Hey there! I'm the Owner and Chief Marketing Strategist of Assist for the Win, a digital marketing company where we help small businesses elevate their brand, position their authority, and drive results with our online marketing strategies and services. My mission is to partner with small business owners nationwide to elevate and manage their online marketing and social strategies so they can run their businesses without marketing worries. After spending 12 years in corporate America, I bring my “big-business” skill set to my small business clients to help them with brand elevation, social influence, and marketing conversion. Marketing is my JAM, and over the past six+ years, I have worked with many industries from health, real estate, sales, pet services, financial, law, mental health, business coaching, travel, and more! Small business owners hire my team and me as a trusted extension of their branding and marketing strategy. I am a Platinum Member of eWomenNetwork, an international women’s business group, and was the Managing Director for the Denver Chapter from March 2020 – March 2022. I also speak and host workshops on marketing and social media topics. I am a Colorado native who loves rooftop patios, a glass of high-quality whiskey, 90's Hip-Hop and Boy Bands, donuts, my husband, Chris, three amazing boys, Ethan, Aidan, and Deacon, and my two sweet pups, Daisy and Sawyer.

Meet Abbey, owner of Assist For The Win:
Abbey Harrison worked in the corporate world developing and implementing processes for over 12 years. Her experience with business and office management lead her to develop strong skills in understanding the importance of organization, communication, processes and delegation. She started Assist for the Win to bring her “big-business” skill set to entrepreneurs and give them the assistance needed to have the same essential structures that corporations use every day. Her mission is to allow entrepreneurs to have a team where tasks could be delegated. She specializes in marketing, administrative and client relations work so that entrepreneurs can spend time focusing on what they do best!
Her journey letter to you on WHY she started Assist for the Win:
“On October 3, 2016, I put in my 2 weeks’ notice at my 9-5 day job with no back up plan in mind. Pretty scary, huh? It was, but I was so miserable there that it seemed like the only way I could be happy again was to say “adios” and never look back. The next 4 months were spent decompressing and trying to rid myself of all the negativity I had let into my head. When January came, I decided it was time to start looking for something and started searching for administrative or office support positions. I had a ton of interviews and a few offers, but I wasn’t really excited about any of them and turned them all down.
On February 3, my neighbor friend and I walked over to our favorite little dive bar to get our karaoke on. As we were sitting there, she said she’d been thinking about my looking for a new job and had an idea. She suggested I start my own business and become a virtual assistant. She herself was an entrepreneur and worked with several others as well. She said with my administrative background, my attention to detail and my needing everything to be organized and perfect, it would be a great fit for me. I had NEVER thought about owning my own business and it was a scary thought, but also a very intriguing one.
During the next week, I started the process of getting all my ducks in a row to turn our conversation into a reality. On February 10, 2017, Assist for the Win was registered as an LLC and I was ready to take on the world of assisting solopreneurs! At my friend’s suggestion, I joined an amazing women’s networking group, Polka Dot Powerhouse, and began meeting all sorts of amazing business owners who were needing the services I was offering. Fast forward to today and I have 13 clients in 6 different states and am LOVING what I do! I get to work on MY time, be at home with my kiddos for the summer, and some days, I work all day without ever getting out of my PJ’s! I even just brought on my first contractor to help me out which was such a crazy, awesome feeling! And have I mentioned how awesome my boss is?!
Why am I telling you all of this? Because I want you to know that if you have a dream, a vision, a goal you’re working towards, you can make it happen! Now don’t get me wrong, it takes hard work and I’ve definitely put in my share of 12-14 hour days, but the difference is, I’m choosing to do what I love and at the end of the day, I’m genuinely happy. I’m so excited for what the rest of 2017 has in store for myself and my business and would love for you to be a part of it. And remember, you are the only you and YOU are amazing – cheers!”
Abbey has been married to her husband Chris for 13 years and has a full family life with Chris and her 3 boys.
