Good job to everybody that got up and worked out this morning even when you didn’t feel like it 💪🏾👏🏾.

I was up at 4AM for a Toastmasters call (Area Director duties 💼), and when that didn’t work out, I hit the gym instead. 🏋🏾‍♀️

New gym, new vibe, new mindset ✨… but don’t worry, same baddie 😏🔥🩷

Sometimes you need a new atmosphere to remind you what you’re really capable of.

And today reminded me, shout out to the one who motivates the motivator. 🙌🏾
