Kelly specializes in helping adults overcome anxiety/OCD, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and problems in relationships and families. Her approach to healing is straightforward, warm, non-judgemental, and compassionate. She believes that a healthy balance in life is created when we are addressing our systems as a whole- body, mind, spirit, and environment. She’s is an LGBTQ+ ally and strive to provide a safe healing space for everyone I work with.
