Site progress continues with stair pours, the wrap-up of balcony framing, and active MEP rough-ins in multiple areas. Fire suppression, insulation, and drywall are progressing, along with exterior work including scaffolding, weather barriers, stucco, and final coat finishes.

It was an exciting day in Ogden last Friday! Thank you to Ogden City and our J. Fisher Companies team for making this a reality.

WonderBlock will provide a place for people to live, work, relax, shop, dine and stay. Positioned along Historic 25th Street, WonderBlock is setting a new bar for design, not only in Ogden, but in the state of Utah. Our designers from SAR+ Architects and Design Workshop are top notch and we are excited to see their drawings come to life.
