When the world sends you a Boston terrier named Olga you pet her and thank grandma.

When the world sends you a bobwhite quail, you whistle back and thank grandpa!

Today one of my loved ones hugged me and told me Life is to Short! I honestly thought this loved one did not like hugs but what she said we hear all the time, but today was different she honored her late brother with a celebration of life.

So as you sit and think of life is to short please know these are not just words it truely is. 100 years goes faster than you think. So buy dirt, call momma and wait on a women! But most of all even if you think someone is not the hugging type because it maybe just what they need. The person reading this know I love you and thank you for being part of my life! Now as they say lets get to living and enjoy every minute. All I wanna do is enjoy potato chips and bake beans!

Not gonna beat around the bush this morning!

How’s the communication?
How’s the relationship?

Well whatever’s going on remember it is the year for relationships to be build better and tested! No more treading lightly. Get what you want outta the relationship. Don’t change who the hell you are to compensate for another.

Shine your light your here for a reason and the person next to you will compliment you. Stand strong and remember growing pains suck and pull you in twenty different ways. But your growing at a cellular level.

Communication is key. Now the right word. The right phrase. What subject? Well use your head? Let it come. Thru the music you hear the feeling you get.

Hang in there and grow together. The world is changing and you are changing it!

Well I believe I have made heaven on earth and I’m gonna brag about it!

This weekend I ran my nomination for health care workers and first responders, law enforcement and military. Our community has come together and I have been flooded with response!

The impact stress has always been a problem in any community, but the ability to release and rebalance has also been questionable, what’s the best way?

Well that’s up to you, curiosity is your way the body says this might work for you!

After this weekend as I talked with a law enforcement detective, a physician, multiple nurses and a local first responder. I found they all brought up the same thing that they struggled with in the last couple years. Was the emotion connected with the job. This had changed and it was harder to look at it is what it is! Finding themselves in discovery mode, they looked to ways of relaxation and release.

In short SELF CARE IS NOT SELFISH FOR EVERYONE! in order to do all you need to do you must keep up on yourself. Do not put it off and blessed you are to live at this time and place!
