In order to offer quality therapy services, some of our specialties include trauma-informed care, skill building in areas such as depression, anxiety, and stress, family therapy, reunification therapy, art therapy, and treatment for children and youth with sexualized behavioral problems. Our practice builds itself on working with people, on finding their strengths, and helping them make lasting positive changes that are successful. The very heart of therapy is healing those parts of us that are in pain or struggling to make sense.

The power and essence of Art Therapy comes from its non-verbal aspect of art making to communicate thoughts, feelings, ideas and images, which transcend barriers of communication. These "barriers" of communication may be physical, social/emotional, psychological, cognitive or cultural.....Art Therapy transcends all boundaries and provides a "voice".
