Once a month, our NP Residents step away from the clinic to reset, recharge & reconnect. 🤍

These intentional spiritual + mental health breaks give them space to breathe, build community, and just have fun together outside of patient care. Strong providers start with strong support systems.

Please join us in congratulating LaPorsha Brown on her transition from Nurse Practitioner Resident to full-time Nurse Practitioner with Cahaba Medical Care! 🎉🤍

LaPorsha will be serving patients at both the West Blocton Clinic and the West Blocton Elementary School-Based Health Center. During her time as an NPR, she proved to be a dedicated, resilient provider, a supportive team member, and a kind friend to all. We know she’ll continue bringing that same heart and commitment to the patients and communities she serves.

We’re incredibly proud to have LaPorsha continue her journey with Cahaba. If you see her, be sure to give her a warm congratulations as she steps into this exciting new chapter!
