Chadron Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated Controller to join our Finance team. This full-time, salaried position offers excellent benefits after a 60-day waiting period and standard business hours—Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.
What You’ll Do:
Work directly with the CFO and Finance Department to manage all accounting functions.
Prepare and present financial reports, budget analyses, audits, and required filings.
Oversee monthly reconciliations and closings.
Drive process improvement projects and support balance sheet management.
Participate in quality, safety, and infection-control initiatives.
Maintain Relias certification and other required duties.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred).
5–10 years of experience in accounting—preferably in healthcare or hospital finance.
