We’ve had a lot of new faces around here lately, so we thought we’d introduce ourselves. 👋

Hey y’all — we’re Willie & Maria McCarter, the husband-and-wife team behind Kingdom Grillers BBQ.

Willie is from East St. Louis, Illinois, and Maria was raised on a ranch north of Whitney, Nebraska. We met in Oklahoma, had a short stop in New Jersey, and then made our way back to Chadron to raise our family ❤️ At some point in all of that, we decided it sounded like a good idea to build a business together too.

A few fun facts about us 👇
• We both love the gym 💪
• Maria was raised ranch-style… Willie was not. Country life took Willie a minute to figure out 🤠
• We love road trips
• We love cooking, even outside of BBQ, and our 3 kids at home usually get volunteered as taste testers 😉
• We love Jesus, and He is at the center of both our home and our business

Some days feel smooth. Most feel a little wild 😅
But it’s built with faith, hard work, family, and a whole lot of grit.

We’re proud of what Kingdom Grillers is becoming and we’re nowhere near done yet 🔥
