Today, our Home Health & Hospice team welcomed CEO Jon Reiners, CFO Jennifer Brown, VP of Patient Care Brenda Rhembrandt, and VP of Ancillary Services Sydney Holmes as they stopped by to visit with staff and collect food donations for the Western Community Health Resources Community Food Pantry.

We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming generosity shown by our clients, their families, and our team, who contributed so many thoughtful donations to support local families this Thanksgiving season. 💙

This visit reflects the heart of our mission — providing compassionate, community-centered care and supporting the well-being of the region we proudly serve.

It also brings our values to life: service, compassion, integrity, and commitment. When our teams and community come together like this, we truly embody what it means to care for one another, both inside and outside the walls of our organization.

This morning we celebrated our Home Health & Hospice Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony!It was a wonderful time connecting with our community, sharing our services, and welcoming everyone into our space. 🧡Guests also enjoyed refreshments and entered our raffle for prizes like a Barnes & Noble gift card and a gift basket! 🎁
