We’re proud to recognize Toi, CSW, an invaluable member of our Home Health & Hospice team.

With more than 6 years of experience in social work, Toi brings compassion, expertise, and support to patients and families navigating important healthcare decisions. Her dedication helps ensure patients receive the care, resources, and guidance they need during some of life’s most meaningful moments.

💙 Going Blue for Colon Cancer Awareness 💙

Today our Home Health and Hospice Team is wearing blue to help raise awareness for Colon Cancer Awareness Month.

Colon cancer is one of the most preventable cancers when detected early. Regular screenings can help find precancerous polyps or detect cancer at an early, more treatable stage.

We encourage everyone to talk with their healthcare provider about when screening is right for them. Taking that step could save a life.

Join us in spreading awareness this month — wear blue, start the conversation, and encourage the people you care about to stay on top of their health.

We were deeply honored to partner with the Nebraska Nurse Honor Guard to provide a meaningful Living Tribute for a nurse receiving hospice care — recognizing an incredible 50 years of compassionate service to others.

This private ceremony was a beautiful reminder of the lasting impact nurses have on their patients, colleagues, and communities. It was our privilege to help celebrate a life dedicated to caring for others.
