As Friday’s new moon, Samhain, approaches, with the moon in Scorpio, I invite you into my sacred space—a glimpse into how I work with the moon’s energy to guide my own growth, connection, and healing. 🌌✨ With each new moon, I create an intentional pause, tuning in deeply to the energies around and within me, aligning with the moon’s wisdom to set the course for the coming cycle.⁠

This ritual is my way of grounding, of asking my highest self and guides what themes and lessons I need to focus on as the moon waxes and wanes. I pull cards from different decks, each one bringing a unique medicine, weaving together a message that feels whole, grounded, and aligned. This is more than a simple ritual; it’s a powerful, intentional dance with the unseen—a sacred way of staying connected to the cycles that influence us all.⁠

It’s love, it’s love! It always was 💞……

I challenged them all to come up with one thing they LOVE about each family member….and then we had to read them out loud to each other…..

The first pass for me was so transactional - “I love it when you cook” “ I love it when you pick out my outfit” “I love it when you do my laundry” etc 😭😭😂 at first this made me sigh as it discounts all the carefully curated activities I do to help foster connection, but then I realized as they were reading them, they mean it with genuine gratitude……it made me think that it’s how you SHOW UP in those moments of the mundane that truly makes the impact…..it makes them feel SAFE, cared for, LOVED….and god do I love them so (even if their socks never match 😩)….I heard that in their voices - they feel that and they know that in their hearts….💞

The laundry will always be there, dinner always needs to be served….good reminder to do my best to not do those things begrudgingly, let go of resentment….they’re paying attention and they will SEE you and appreciate you if you do the same for them 💫

(FTR I make them help put their clothes away and help match up socks 🙃)

Autumnal Equinox 🍁a time of recognizing the duality of light and dark, where all of the elements are in balance, a time to harvest the fruits of our labor from the last season(s) of growth…

This week was special, it marked the 3 year anniversary of our first circle. It’s kind of been a play space for me in my growth too. I didn’t have a playbook, I had no mentor, I just had a vision. I bring forth what I feel called to share, to teach, to hold.

I facilitate from the heart and bring it from all different lineages and teachings.

Through that we have created our own rituals, our own format. While some of the faces have changed over the years, the core intention remains the same. To be in sacred circle, with rituals honoring the cycles of nature, the cycles within ourselves, and most importantly, creating a space for our own spiritual exploration and healing. And even with all we’ve shared together, there’s so much more we get to explore and that’s my goal as I continue – to hold space and trust that what I seek to learn, to share, is also seeking me.

Thank you to the OGs that have been here since day one and thank you to those that have joined along the way. I’m so humbled to be part of anyone’s journey, but especially these souls who have committed to and prioritized this community and their own healing. I carry a piece of each of these women with me whether they were here once or many times….

To say I’ve come full circle since then is an understatement, while the journey is never quite linear - we get to witness the cycles – we die, we are reborn, we grow, we retract, this cycle of rebirth (oroboros) is what we reflected on this week. Journeying through time to think about our path and the wisdom we’ve picked up along the way. What advice would we give our past selves and what wisdom can we share to those who aren’t far behind our footsteps.

So I’m challenging others, to go deep in this search, mine the wisdom, because I will be circling back to hear what you’ve gleaned – I want to know, she wants to know – what’s your HERstory?

These were all themes we explored today through our practice 🧘‍♀️

What would it feel like if you had more space?

More space in your day
More space in your breath
More space in your thoughts
More space in your body
More space in your routine

What a treat to teach a Yin practice during the New Moon (her Yin phase 🌚) in my home sun sign of Virgo

Although we may think of this time during a new moon as one of contraction (the moon has waned to her darkest point); yet there’s this interesting polarity between expansion and contraction - in today’s meditation we acknowledged that it’s in our ability to CONTRACT (pull back, eliminate excess in routines, etc) that actually leads TO expansion……more space….(exhale)

So tune in, honor your cycles and embrace that it’s natural to rest - say ‘no’ to commitments that will overload your schedule, eliminate the NOISE-thought clutter-worries, go take a nap…..

BREATHE….

You deserve an exhale…..
