🔥 Move of the Day: Single-Leg RDL into Reverse Lunge 💪💜

Looking to build strength, balance, and that 🍑 all in one smooth move?

Try the Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift into Reverse Lunge — a Grit & Grace favorite!

This combo:
✅ Targets glutes + hamstrings
✅ Challenges core and balance
✅ Builds unilateral strength (because life doesn’t always happen evenly!)

How to do it:
1️⃣ Hinge at the hips, reaching the opposite leg back and keeping a flat spine
2️⃣ Drive up, then step straight into a reverse lunge
3️⃣ Repeat and feel the burn with purpose

Sometimes the best way to clear your head, is to move your feet. Your brain doesn't need another vent session, it needs a sidewalk or trail and 15 minutes of fresh air.
